Our President, Mark Tharp, has functioned as Special Deputy Receiver for some twenty five insurance company failures across the country, including life, annuity, accident and health insurers, multiple line property and casualty insurers including surety, health care service organizations, reciprocal insurers, fraternals and professional reinsurers. The principals of Tharp and Associates collectively possess more than forty years experience in managing all aspects of insurance company failures.
