Ms.Williams is a veteran of the insurance industry having experience in both the private and public sectors.
Ms. Williams’s principal engagements center on estate administration, including oversight of legal and administrative aspects of receivership proceedings and liaison with multiple guaranty associations and regulatory agencies. In this capacity, Ms. Williams has proved adept in managing claims, customer service, new business and policy issue departments for life and accident and health companies and health care services organizations. She also provides due diligence and testimony on a variety of litigation engagements, with an emphasis on audits and forensic accounting.

Ms. Williams’ holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and a Masters Degree in Business Administration with Human Resource certification. She is also a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI), an Associate, Insurance Regulatory Compliance (AIRC) and maintains memberships in the International Association of Insurance Receivers, the National Association of Managed Care Regulators, and the Association of Life and Health Administrators. During 2001, the Association of Life and Health Administrators conferred upon Ms. Williams the Administrator of the Year designation.
